Yes, you can make changes to your group reservation by emailing us at sales@arajet.com. Please note that certain deadlines and conditions apply, therefore we recommend reaching out as early as possible for our team to assist you.
Here are the timelines for making changes:
• 46 days before departure: you can reduce passengers with no penalty.
• Between 45 and 30 days before departure: a reduction of up to 25% of the total seats is allowed without penalty. Any additional reductions during this period will result in deposit amounts being withheld.
• Less than 30 days before the departure date: no changes or cancellations are allowed. Payments made will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded or transferred.
