- Authentication steps: Some banks require extra verification, such as confirming a text message, logging in to your online banking, or completing a 3D Secure step. If you’re unsure, contact your bank and ask about any additional authentication needed for online payments.
- Confirm international transaction settings: Some banks require prior authorization for international transactions, especially if the payment is in USD. Contact your bank to confirm they allow international purchases with Fizupay.
