Arajet operates from different terminals depending on the airport. Below, you can find the terminals we currently use:
Dominican Republic
• Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (PUJ – Punta Cana International Airport): Terminal B.
USA
• Miami, United States (MIA – Miami International Airport):
- Check-in: Main terminal, in the check-point F, counters from 287-292 by entering from doors 16 and 17.
- Boarding gate: Terminal E, Gates E20 or E23 based on your flight details.
• Chicago, United States (ORD – O’Hare International Airport): Terminal 5.
• San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU – Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport): Arajet check-in at Gate 1.
• New York, United States (EWR – Newark Liberty International Airport): Terminal B, Level 2, Door 3.
• Boston, United States (BOS - General Edward Lawrence Logan International Airport): Terminal E.
- Check-in: Terminal E, from counter 75 to 80.
- Boarding gate: Gate E16.
• Orlando, United States (SFB - Orlando Sanford International Airport):
- Check-in: Main terminal, near the exhibition aircraft.
- Boarding gate: Gate 5 or Gate 9, depending on your destination.
Canada
• Toronto, Canada (YYZ – Toronto Pearson International Airport): Terminal 3.
Brazil
• São Paulo, Brazil (GRU – São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport): Terminal 2.
Mexico
• Cancun, Mexico (CUN – Cancun International Airport): Terminal 2.
Important:
• For all other destinations we serve, Arajet usually operates from the main terminal of the airport. However, terminals may change without prior notice, so we recommend checking directly with the airport before your flight.
• When using Uber or Lyft, make sure your driver drops you off directly at the check-in door or designated check-in area.
