You will only need a medical certificate if you meet any of the following conditions:
• You have a special medical condition.
• You have undergone a surgical procedure close to your departure date.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could notify us at least 24 hours before your flight departure.
In addition, the following documentation must be presented in the airport counter:
• Medical certificate issued no more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled flight departure time, with a minimum validity of ten (10) days.
• The certificate must indicate the doctor's professional registration, as well as the customer's health status and fitness to fly.
• If traveling with an Assistive Device, a personal portable oxygen concentrator (POC), or other medical equipment, this item must be included in the medical certificate as required by the customer.
Due to the validation of the supporting documentation of your condition it is not allowed to perform the web check in so we recommend arriving at the counter 3 hours before the departure time of your flight.
