If you are traveling with a baby/infant, you may bring one (1) of the following items on board at no additional cost:
•Diaper bag.
•Stroller: must be foldable, compact or a small.You can hand it over two (2) areas:
- Check-in counter: It will be checked as baggage at no additional cost and you will need to collect it at the baggage carousel at your final destination.
- Boarding gate: If it fits in the cabin you will have it returned to you at the gate upon disembarkation. But if there is no space in the cabin it will follow the process above.
•Car seat: free of cost only if you have purchased a separate seat, and need to be approved for use on aircraft, which must be certified by the FAA or by a competent foreign authority.
Important: If the stroller includes a battery or portable charger, please refer to our battery guidelines in Conditions Of Carriage section 9.8.
Please note that the seat cannot be placed in emergency exit rows, nor in the row immediately in front of or behind them.
