Please note the following:
• In the case of Groups and Series bookings, must be requested within the same month of the final payment, once the reservation has no pending balance.
• Requests for tax receipts will not be processed outside the established time limit.
• Can only be requested for issuance in the country of origin of the first flight in the itinerary. For example, in the Dominican Republic, tax receipts are not issued for reservations whose flight origin is in a country other than the Dominican Republic.
• The information provided must be accurate, clear, and error-free. Once the tax invoice receipt is issued, it cannot be modified.
• All fields of the web form must be completed, which vary depending on the country requested.
• A tax invoice must be requested individually for each reservation made.
