At the time of making your reservation you can add the Refund Flex service, it allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive a full refund of the base fare and paid extras, excluding the cost of the service itself.
Please keep in mind the following important details about this service:
• You can only purchase this service at the time of doing the reservation.
• It is not available if you have already completed your check-in (either online or at the airport).
• If you change your booking the refund service will not transfer to the new reservation.
• Refund requests made less than 24 hours before departure or in the case of a no-show will not be accepted.
• It is non-transferable and cannot be applied to another passenger or booking.
• For itineraries that include interline flights, it is only valid for segments operated by Arajet.
• This service does not include free changes or upgrades.
