Our Comfort is designed to make your trip easier. It includes:
• One personal item: backpack, purse, or laptop bag, with the following specifications:
- Dimensions: 40 x 25 x 20 cm / 15" x 9" x 7"
- Weight: 6 kg, for flights to and from Brazil, the personal item can weigh up to 10 kg.
• One checked bag: please bring it to our check-in counter, and our team will assist you in verifying that it meets the following guidelines:
- Dimensions: 158 cm / 62"" when adding the three dimensions.
- Weight: 23 kg, additional weight can be purchased up to a maximum of 32 kg per suitcase.
• Seat selection: you can choose your seat at any time from rows 17 to 32.
You can also make flight changes for a fee, and any fare difference will apply.
While the Comfort fare doesn’t include a carry-on bag, it’s perfect for you to enjoy a lighter, stress-free experience through the airport.
