We will make every effort to honor all seat selection requests, however, by using this Service you agree that we have the right to change your seat at any time, even after you have boarded the aircraft, as we may need to do so for operational reasons, safety or security. If you paid in good faith for Advanced Seat Selection and met all the requirements stipulated for the seat selected, and we need to change you to another seat for operational reasons, you will be entitled to receive an Arajet Coupon covering the amount of the value you paid. Please note that if you provided incorrect information at the time of booking and selected a restricted seat (for example, if you accepted our emergency exit row requirements, but our cabin crew found that you don´t not meet these requirements), no Arajet Voucher will be issued to you and you will not be refunded.
