We regret to hear that you missed your flight. If you missed your flight, you can request a refund for unpaid taxes up to 7 days after the flight date. If you know in advance that you will miss your flight, you can make changes to the date or time of the flight, which must be done no later than three (03) hours before the scheduled departure time. Please note that the change may incur a service fee subject to the conditions of the fare packages in effect at the time of booking, and any increase between the original flight fare and the new flight must be paid by you before the change can be confirmed. Any additional services booked with the original flight will be transferred to the new flight. However, if any service, such as a specific seat, is not available on the new flight, an alternative will be offered. After this time, no changes are allowed. We recommend that you arrive at the airport three (3) hours before your departure time to ensure a stress-free trip.
