Name Correction: A minor fix such as a typo, missing letter, name order is considered a correction. No service fee applies.
Full Name Change: Completely replacing the passenger name on a reservation is considered a name change. A service fee plus taxes will apply.
Time limit: Any name modification must be requested by calling our contact center at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of your first flight, and before completing check-in either at the airport or via our web check-in.
