Withdrawal is a passenger right established under Colombian law and applies only to tickets with an origin and/or destination in Colombia or Brazil.
This means you may decide to withdraw from your trip before it begins, no matter how or where the ticket was purchased. To exercise this right, you must notify Arajet.
Colombia: at least 24 hours before your scheduled flight departure.
Brazil: within a period of 7 days from the ticket purchase date.
Important notes:
• Arajet will retain 10% of the amount paid as a withdrawal fee, plus the YQ charge.
• Taxes and administrative fees are not included in this retention and may be refunded according to applicable rules.
